Appointment is made by the County Council; the person appointed will serve a partial term through December 2019. NORTH LYNDEN WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
GENERAL BOUNDARIES:The approximate boundaries of the district are Double Ditch Road on the west, Lynden City limits on the south, and the international boundary on the north.  The eastern boundary runs northeasterly from a point 1/8 mile east of the Badger Road/Vinup Road intersection to the Hammer Road/Halverstick Road intersection, and continues northeasterly to the international boundary.

Section 33:  All; 
Section 34:  All; 
Section 35:  Lots 1, 2, 3, 4; and the Southwest Quarter; and part of the Southeast Quarter as described per Whatcom County Superior Court Case Nos. 42018 and 42037 “Memorandum Decision” and as recorded in Survey filed under Whatcom County Auditor’s file number 930308077;
