Documentation of recent water quality and stream flow monitoring.  Also provides summary activity related to development, critical area mitigation, riparian planting, water right permitting.

• Water Budget Technical Work

Refining the modeling work done by Utah State University to establish, drainage based estimates of precipitation, evapotranspiration, stream flow, and ground water infiltration.  Report completion planned for December 2012.
